Robeeze Footwear – The Perfect Baby Shoe
As the mother of my first baby, I read extensively about the right way to do things in regard to his development. One of the most common suggestions was to have him learn to walk barefoot or in socks because shoes are too confining for baby’s little feet and might interfere with learning to walk correctly. The problem with this was that my little one was learning to walk in the early spring when it was not exactly warm outside and no matter which socks I used, they pulled off constantly. Add to that my desire to not send a near toddler off to a babysitter without something sturdy on his feet and I had quite the conundrum. Fortunately, I discovered Robeeze Footwear.
The Wonders of Robeeze
I first learned of the adorable line of soft-soled shoes on a parenting message board. I visited the website for Robeeze and was charmed by the adorable patterns and the sturdy design of the little soft leather shoes. Robeeze shoes look a great deal like slippers. They are stitched leather and fit loosely over the foot giving it room to expand and move properly while baby is toddling about, but they also offer more protection than just a sock and, as a bonus, they stay on and look great, too.
The Issues of Robeeze
I loved the designs of the Robeeze shoes and thought they were perfect for my little one. I ordered a pair in a cute boyish tennis shoe design and was impressed with the weight and quality of the leather. These were not just thrown together. My concern about the Robeeze shoes was only the price. I fully understand I have to pay for quality, but with a large baby whose body and feet grew at an astronomical rate I wasn’t thrilled to be shelling out for new shoes so frequently at that age. I stuck with it, however, and always took advantage of a sale when I could and we wore those Robeeze out, which is considerable considering how well they are made. Robeeze are available from their website and other select distributors with prices ranging from $22 to $40.
